Called these guys with a transmission problem and after a series of tows I managed to get my car to them. Once the diagnosis had been done I was looking at a full transmission replacement…once I got the quote it was hefty but unavoidable. In all it took about 2 weeks to order parts and carry out the work. From the very 1st call, these guys were outstanding, understanding and caring about my predicament. Once I picked the car up I was pleasantly surprised that the initial quote was more than they actually charged. Honesty that is seldom seen! and I paid over $200 less than first quoted. The car drives better than it ever did, the service was outstanding and every one of the guys from start to finish offered a level of customer care that is hard to find these days. 5 stars! I didn’t spend a single cent, but got an amazing result! I had been struggling with a metallic rattling noise whenever my car hit 100km/h. I suspected it was something serious and even visited a DIY auto garage nearby, but they didn’t have time to help. So I searched on Google Maps and found this place. When I arrived, a friendly gentleman greeted me and suggested we go for a test drive. Within just a few minutes, he pinpointed the issue: the edge of my moon roof window was slightly lower than the rest of the car’s body, causing the noise. He adjusted the window, and the noise completely disappeared! I had been trying to find the source of that sound for months, and he figured it out in no time—with no charge at all. I had an engine mount issue and even went to another place first they couldn’t find the problem at all. All Aspects Motors found it straight away and fixed it the same day. The team was super helpful, explained everything clearly (even though I know nothing about cars), and they worked unbelievably fast. Everyone there is genuinely kind. The receptionist is lovely, and the mechanics took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense to me. This was my third time coming back. They fixed a tyre issue for me in the past and I also get my servicing done here. I’ll keep coming back because they’re reliable, honest, and always get the job done right.
