Called these guys with a transmission problem and after a series of tows I managed to get my car to them. Once the diagnosis had been done I was looking at a full transmission replacement…once I got the quote it was hefty but unavoidable. In all it took about 2 weeks to order parts and carry out the work. From the very 1st call, these guys were outstanding, understanding and caring about my predicament. Once I picked the car up I was pleasantly surprised that the initial quote was more than they actually charged. Honesty that is seldom seen! and I paid over $200 less than first quoted. The car drives better than it ever did, the service was outstanding and every one of the guys from start to finish offered a level of customer care that is hard to find these days. 5 stars! I didn’t spend a single cent, but got an amazing result! I had been struggling with a metallic rattling noise whenever my car hit 100km/h. I suspected it was something serious and even visited a DIY auto garage nearby, but they didn’t have time to help. So I searched on Google Maps and found this place. When I arrived, a friendly gentleman greeted me and suggested we go for a test drive. Within just a few minutes, he pinpointed the issue: the edge of my moon roof window was slightly lower than the rest of the car’s body, causing the noise. He adjusted the window, and the noise completely disappeared! I had been trying to find the source of that sound for months, and he figured it out in no time—with no charge at all. I'm a Bayswater local and had my Skoda Fabia serviced by the guys at All Aspects Motors. The value for money was brilliant and when they said they could have my car finished by 10.30am they absolutely did which in my opinion is absolutely unheard of with mechanics! Service was very friendly and they didn't try to upsell me or offer add ons, it was so refreshing to just be able to pop my car in, have the service done and drive away paying the amount they quoted when I booked. 10 out of 10 guys! Abdul did my timing belt on my ve omega last week- unfortunately car had an oil leak but he got me to bring car back on a Sunday to get it sorted asap! He even ubered myself and my children home to girawheen while he fixed the leak! My car is back home now so I can take my kids to school tomorrow morning! All Aspects Motors were absolutely great to deal with, after calling them they let me bring my car in the next day to diagnose the problem and then ordered parts and got my Jeep fixed up without hesitation. Abdul is one of the best mechanics in perth. His work is neat and prices are reasonable. I got my car fixed from his first and than brought up my mates car and he fixed both of them at a reasonable cost. He was easy to deal with and a very humble person. Called up the shop on Tuesday afternoon to replace my clutch, dropped it off that afternoon and picked it up midday on Wedsnesday (the next day). They did a great job, fast turn around and good price! ~ TOM C
